Just went there for lunch and had a delicious beet salad with grilled shrimp. Everything was super fresh and the portion was ample. The others in my party loved their food too. It’s a hidden gem and unfortunately for them is kind of hidden. From Milwaukee Ave it looks like it’s closed because of the shades. Definitely worth a try!
This place is amazing! The food is incredibly delicious, and I love that they make their own pesto sauce—it really adds a special touch. Our bill for three people was 70, which included soup and a main course. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and served quickly. Highly recommend!
Buffalo chicken sandwich is amazing and so is the spicy mango habanero. The chicken tortilla soup is so good! Really friendly and welcoming staff. Nice relaxed feel here!
What a fun place and a great use of space! We enjoyed a good meal with out the congestion of downtown Libertyville and the shopping plazas of Vernon Hills! Plenty of parking, great selections for all food preferences. I chose the Angel Hair pasta with grilled chicken, my husband had the Chicken Limone. Both excellent! The Limone had more distinctive flavors while the Angel Hair Pasta had a very basic and simple flavor- just what we were both looking for. We will be back for sure to try something different!
I can’t believe it has taken me two years to try this restaurant! The first time I went at lunch with my sister and I had the Buffalo chicken sandwhich with hash browns and it was one of the best spicy chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had. Hash browns were fresh cut in house and amazing. It was so good I brought my husband and daughter back for breakfast on Saturday and it was just as good if not better. We had an omelet and breakfast burrito. The service was amazing. Our waitress was so kind and attentive and even brought our daughter a special “dessert” on the house - a chocolate chip pancake! We are now regulars and so happy to have found this local gem. The prices are also very reasonable and the decor is super fun and colorful. Go check it out!
Been wanting to come here ever since moving in the area. My hunny & I came around 7pm on a weeknight & there were only a couple ppl there so we got to pick our own table. I got the spicy seafood linguine & my hunny got the house burger. We were both pleasantly surprised! They presented good looking & great tasting food! The pasta had a kick of spice, PLENTY of seafood they were not stingy at all & seasoned perfectly. My hunny's burger was cooked perfectly the way he wanted (medium) & his plate was cleaned looking forward to going back & trying their cocktails I was eyeing haha
First time here from California and most amazing experience ever! They were so welcoming and kind and went above and beyond for us! Best smash burger and chips ever! And I’ve beeeeen to a smash burger and this out does it! Love it and highly recommend!
Unassuming from the outside but excellent on the inside. Staff (Ariana) was fantastic - very personable, friendly, answered our questions on the menu and gave us her recommendations which were spot on. Food was excellent - Mixto chicken tortilla soup so tasty and filling. They add their own home made tortilla chips into the soup. I had the crisp apple salad and added a skirt steak to it. The steak was so well prepared and tender. The entire salad was very fresh and delicious. Hubby had the shrimp carbonara which was very good! Loaded with peas mushrooms bacon and shrimp. Portions are all very nicely sized. Definitely will be back again! Such a delight.
